I almost scrolled past this on Facebook when I saw it, but then I noticed there was 20 comments. Surely there is someone else out there that thinks Scott Lobdell sucks just as much as I do?

Really? Steampunk Poison Ivy? This shit is getting ridiculous. What… she waters her plants with a brass sprinkler carried on her back? And ALWAYS with the goggles.
God, this steampunk shit is being overused.

Steampunk Ivy

Hey there! Sorry to hear you don’t like my costume. Fortunately for me, a lot of people do and recognize the work that went into it. I was with a large group of highly innovative individuals that did something new with their favourite DC characters.
Oh, and speaking of Steampunk conventions, you hopefully noticed the distinct lack of gears or other unfunctional paraphernalia on my costume. While the goggle are typical, there was a good reason for their addition. As Poison Ivy has always been a botanist, I felt it was a good idea for her to have some sort of eye protection. She works with volatile chemicals on occasion. Also, it helps keep dirt and such out of her eyes as well as disrespectful bullshit such as your comment.
Thanks for playing along!

you madam are verrrrrrry beautiful

I had a little too much fun with this

Thanks. This made me laugh. Needed that after the whole Tim not Robin but Red Robin from the get-go issue. Everything is like a badly written fanfiction right now. LOL

You know why I like this? Because it’s true.
Damian is many things. There are many things he as yet does not understand, because he is a child. But there is something that has been DRILLED into him from BIRTH and that is honour and loyalty. He has been constantly told he MUST become the Batman and everything he does is a step toward that.
Batman is anything but petty.
Damian’s crusade against Tim becomes petty, childishly, meaningless, without his history as a Robin, all things Damian has actively attempting to avoid being because Batman always has meaning, Batman is always serious.
If Tim was never Robin then Damian would never have had an excuse to attack him initially — he never would have felt Tim was a threat, never would have felt that killing Tim was what he needed to do to secure his place as Robin, as the next Batman. Tim’s mistrust and hatred of Damian is spawned from the fact that in their initial encounters, Damian attempted to take his life.
Tim was never Robin. He and Damian should, by the basis of the canon that DC set us, be friends, or at the very least, not viciously wishing harm upon the other, nor acting upon that wish.
An extension of this that I just really quickly wanna touch on is Jason — his anger with Tim is almost completely eliminated. He was never replaced, and while his anger at Bruce’s inability to avenge him would still be there, the ‘You didn’t ever love me, you just picked up a new kid and move on’ wouldn’t. This makes Jason’s hate for Tim as equally petty as Damian’s.
Tim’s relationship with Dick would be unbelieveably altered as well, because Tim was never his little brother.
I also question what this means for Steph and for Cass.
Basically this is my way of waving my finger at DC like a naughty child and being like “You fucked up the bat family. This is your mess. Now you pick up that cloth there and you fix it. Bad!”

I’m absolutely in love with Kat (Megabee’s) superhero fashion inspiration sketches. She goes into details about what she’s chosen for each superhero inspired outfit (if you click on the links below they go directly to her site to each outfit). Anyways, she’s one of my new favorites, i’m looking forward to more of her sketches. Kid Flash is definitely my favorite.

omg im sooo tempted to start sewing stuff like this >.<

I’ve reblogged this before but I’m reblogging again because of the above comment ^

JOSH I WOULD COMMISSION THE SHIT OUT OF YOU FOR ONE OF THESE.
